If not by the brick wall surrounding the small city, then by the poor excuses for creatures that wander and attack those that are not able to defend themselves.
Hanna is not one of those people.
She stalks through the streets, fighting the gathered zombies simply for the sake of staying busy and clearing away enemies. She's of the mindset that she can't rest until the playing field is clear, until all enemies are disposed of.
It's on one of her sweeps from one end of the block to the other that she catches sight of another head of blonde hair, and it causes Hanna to stop in her tracks. The machete she had located in one of the abandoned buildings is held at her side, and her head tips to the side so she can take on a less intimidating pose of curiosity rather than a predator examining their surroundings. This other girl is young, only a child. She swallows, attempting to mask her German accent so she can clearly speak.]
It is not safe here. [She points over to a nearby building with her machete.]
