[ Sherlock will be disregarding the entire strangeness of the current situation, of waking up somewhere completely unusual, being told he was fictional of all things (an insult, really) instead simply directing a carefully analyzing gaze at the dark haired man not far away from him.
And to his most utter annoyance, he could only deduce a handful of facts about him, without engaging in conversation. Which only caused for slight suspicion.
