[Saber has to look around his shoulder rather than over it, and she puls back to stare mildly at him. His surprise is well-warranted, of course, but he should be used to hearing names like hers by now.]

...though I suppose I should ask what about my statement surprises you so.

[Of all things, it was that which he chose to say, and Saber simply frowned up at him, disbelieving. ]

I am the King of Knights first and all else second. I fail to see why my gender should even factor into any of this.

[Except of course she did, because it had been an issue in her world as well, which was why she'd had to hide it to begin with. She'd never much cared to acknowledge it, however, and she wasn't going to start now.]

However, accounting for our situation, it could simply be that we hail from different 'versions' of Camelot.
