[ The whole "fictional character" thing was a little lost on Thor. To humans, he was a legend. And they had made up quite the stories about him, his family and his home. That thing with his brother and the horse was a bit odd. He could handle the zombies. Fighting was always thrilling against any monster. And these were in large enough number that it made of for their lack of strategy and intellect.

But what he could not deal with was the idea that this was some how a punishment. He'd been exiled, again. This time to a world which he possessed little knowledge. And for reasons he could not fathom. He had stopped his brother's army. He had helped to save Midgard. What could he have done?

For this reason, he had hardly uttered a word, wrapped up in his own mind since leaving the room in which he woke. ]

[For each one of the dead Steve knocks away with his shield, another seems to take its place and what he wouldn't give to have his full strength back. Not that he understands what's wrong with him to begin with, is the serum wearing off or does it have something to do with waking up in this place without knowing how or why.

He throws his shield again, straight and true, knocking down two of the creatures before rebounding to him. Steve takes another step back, looking for a way out and not finding one. This is going to get messy if he backs himself further into this corner.]

[ when it came to being told he didn't exist, Izaya found it a ridiculous notion. that he had awareness to begin with was proof towards the contrary. with the reality he's faced with now, the more pertinent matter is something else one might call "fictional." the state of the world, what lived on the supposed real earth... Izaya was determined to rely on stealth unless he couldn't avoid trouble. the thing of it is, coming face to face with someone he knew in this place should have been relieving, but it wasn't when he would just as soon feed that person to the zombies.

and naturally, he'd expect no less than the same in return. ]
