Sure, they're working on rebuilding one of the houses and a zombie could show up at any second, but after a lifetime of living in Sunnydale that doesn't seem like a big big deal.

[ Wandering around Kingswater wasn't that big of a deal; at certain points in the day the walking dead would be hard to spot as well as the sun in the sky. Sometimes both John and Dave would get a simple break from it all, however, those were quite rare. They're walking, and his are hands waving; John attempts to mimic his words. ]

Dude! I'm telling you. If you bash in their legs first, they'll fall! [ He pretends to hold a golf club, and swings it imaginative-like. ] Ok, wait. I know that sounds really obvious, but trying to decapitate a zombie while they are chasing you is hard. That's why we go for the legs and stop their undead shenanigans.

[ Hi there miss, don't mind him as he walks in and bars the door. He's not really paying a lot of attention to his surroundings right now, which all things considered is pretty dangerous since you never know where zombies could be lurking.

Mostly he was just trying to escape from the ones outside and didn't really stop to make sure there was no one else around before ducking inside and shoving everything larger than a baseball up against the door. ]

[As much as she's trying so hard to keep up the pretense of Alayne, the idea of something as frightening as White Walkers roaming about on top of the fact that Sansa's brother is here is making it hard for her to process much of anything.

She was no fighter, not in the physical sense at least. No, even as Alayne she knew she was more like Littlefinger, using her wits to survive. But in this place it was different, and being surrounded by half a dozen was not a good prospect.]
